Briar Cottages

Briar Cottages is a holiday cottage business run by Fraser and Kim Proven in the village of Lochearnhead, Perthshire. The business has 2 detached, self catering cottages that face south with exceptional views over Loch Earn. Briar Steading is a luxury cottage of 110sq.m with  2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan lounge with full length patio doors. Little Briar Cottage is a compact, pet friendly 2 bedroom cottage with one bathroom.  Both cottages sleep up to 4 people. The cottages sit in three acre landscaped gardens including the owners 17th century b listed thatched cottage and loch garden.  Both cottages are wifi enabled and show Sky Tv. Fishing, small boat launching and mooring are all inclusive. Briar Cottage is open all year round .
